Training sessions on the system

ICM was formed to meet the needs of
agencies with these challenges:
 |
"I
would like to get more out of my system, but I don't know
exactly how to get T-filing (or scanning, or E-filing, or
automated marketing, or web site development) implemented. I
have read about the benefits, but don't know how to get the job
done for my agency, and make it pay for itself." |
 |
"I
know that I am not using the system the way I should, but I just
don't have the time and resources to get it up to the level it
needs to be. I need someone else who can get it done for
me." |
 |
"I
know what I should be doing, but it is difficult to get
everybody in the office to do things the same way. Habits are
hard to change, and technical training doesn't teach office
staff how to adjust their workflow at the agency. I am very
busy, and there just doesn't seem to be the time to get the ball
rolling." |
ICM was formed to meet the needs of these agencies
by bringing our technical experience into the agency, on-site. We
will first spend a day in the agency to determine where they are at
with automation compared to where they want to be. This assessment
is very detailed. Each employee is asked a series of questions to
help determine their current automation level, workflow, knowledge
levels, and processes. When we combine this detail with the business
goals of the owner/principal, we get a picture of where the agency
is. We can then calculate the amount of time that is being spent on
manual processes and workflow, and translate that into a dollar
figure.
We make detailed recommendations on how the agency
can improve workflow, and utilize their automation to its capacity.
We step out the recommendations sequentially, so each agency has a
roadmap designed specifically for them to help them achieve their
automation goals.

Our team has more than 35 years of experience with
hundreds of agencies and many different types of systems. All team
members hold a license in both Wisconsin and Illinois and have
experience in multiple systems. The following statistics
illustrates the reception of our service better than anything else I
could say:
Responses to surveys on initial assessments
reveal that:
 |
100%
of the respondents felt that this was a worthwhile investment. |
 |
100%
of the respondents felt they received helpful suggestions during
the assessment. |
 |
100%
of the respondents are willing to give ICM a good recommendation
to other agencies. |

What is an Initial Assessment?
 |
One
full day in an agency. Time is spent with both agency principals
and employees. |
 |
Best
Practices guidelines are followed. We also make on-the-spot
suggestions and ideas in workflow and processes. |
 |
10
to 15 pages of detailed, agency specific recommendations are
sent within 14 days based on where each business is currently
at, and how they can get to where they want to be. |
 |
A
follow up conference call to go over the detailed
recommendations. |
 |
We
provide a detailed roadmap that agencies can implement on their
own. ICM can implement some or all of the recommendations, but
each agency has the roadmap to do it on their own. |
